Hello, I sent a letter to PanART around September 2009. I sent it as recommended so I could make sure it didn't get lost on the way. I have however not got any reply or confirmation from them that they received it. (I also didn't get any letter/mail in December, which I think is a good sign.)

So my question is, is it normal that they don't send a response when receiving it?

Input from someone who actually got their hang would be very appreciated!

Hallo Kani,

yes, in the foretime Panart had special time periods to answer the letters. It is normal, that they dont response immediately.

Thanks for a fast answer!

Do you know how often these time periods are? I waited 9 months so I'm getting a little worried that it got lost somewhere or that they answered but it got caught in my spambox.
