Hi tof,
in the last six years there was a development of the approach to the Hang. In the early years of the Hang mainly percussionists were fascinated by the Hang who searched for something that makes it possible to combine rhythm and melody. Developing the Hang the PANArt tuners followed a path that departed from this approach.

If you are interested in buying a Hang it is important to check out whether the current Free Integral Hang is what you need and want or not. Therefor it is advisable to study the publications published by the Hang makers Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer in the last three years. You will find these publications in the Hang Library. It also can be helpful to get in contact with an owner of a Free Integral Hang who is willing to let you try out the Hang.
