As usual you need good headphones or other good enough sound equipment to hear the dark Gu sound.

I am using good headphones and good PC speakers with sub. When I have listened to Hang, handpan, and Gubal videos with less than full frequency response speakers, I can't hear at least half of what I hear with the better listening systems.

I really like the way they modulate the bass/gu tones! I hear walking bass lines, open punchy bass with long decay, and short decay muted bass effects. These guish pitch and tonal colors create a textured low frequency foundation upon which the choir notes dance.

I've said it from the first video and I'll say it again; I love the sound of the Gubal!
